LOAD OUT DAYS ARE JULY 28TH & 29TH FROM 8AM – 4:30PM
ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE TO HAVE A PAID INVOICE TO LEAVE ANY
PROPERTY.
ALL GUNS ARE LOCATED AT MIKES GUN SHOP IN BENSON.
THERE WILL BE A $25 PER GUN TRANSFER FEE FOR THE 1ST GUN AND $15 PER GUN AFTER.
ALL FIREARM WINNERS WILL HAVE TO PASS A NICS TEST IF THEY CAN NOT THE FIREARM WILL BE FORFEITED AT BUYERS “BIDDERS” EXPENSE
-We accept Cash, Checks, and Cashier Check (no additional charges except buyers premium)
-Wire Transfer (additional $20 fee), Money Order
-Sales Tax will apply to the final bid of 6.875%
*Notice: There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
-Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, Discover or Mastercard) up to $1,000.00. (additional 4% if paid with a credit card)

*When auction is complete, buyer gives up all rights of inspecting that item before making payment.
*If two people bid the same amount, the first bid has priority.
