Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Statements made sale day take precedence over all advertised material. If the picture and description differ, or you are not sure what you are bidding on, do not bid on item.
By bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in it's present condition at it's present location and with the description provided whether accurate or not.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any shipping fees if needed.
The day after posted loadout days your credit card will be charged for the items won. You will need to make prior arrangements to pick up items if not at loadout days. If not picked up with in 30 days items will be forfeited at the buyer's "bidders" expense.

*When you become the winning bidder at any type of auction, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The auctioneer will NOT honor "Mistakes"
*When the auction is complete, the buyer gives up all rights of inspecting that item before making payment.
*If two people bid the same amount, the first bid has priority.
